We began breeding shetland sheep in 2010 and never turned back. Our farm is a labor of love between mother and daughter. We strive to produce quality breeding stock, with an emphasis on fiber and personality. The farm itself is situated in picturesque New England on the old pumpkin patch of the historical Wilder farm.
Shetland sheep are a heritage breed from the Shetland Isles above Scotland. These small bundles of spunk produce a wonderful fleece that can vary in color, crimp, and staple length. In fact, there are 11 different colors, 32+ patterns, and 3 fleece types. They are small in stature, so they are easy to feed and handle. They even have a naturally short tail that doesn't need to be docked! Plus, their unique, charming personalities make them excellent fiber animals, pets, and friends around the barnyard.
We sell our sheep as breeding stock, fiber animals, and pets. Additionally, we have a selection of raw fleeces, roving, hand spun yarn, and fiber products. Check them out! And let us know if you'd like to purchase any or if you just have questions. We love to chat about all things shetland and what it takes to care for the breed.

Let us know if you'd like to reserve a lamb. Or if you're ready to buy. Ask us about what it takes to raise sheep. Maybe you're interested in fiber. Whatever it is, we love to chat!
